My stay at The Istanbul Hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was excellent, just a short walk from historical attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, the state of the room and amenities left much to be desired. The room I was in was dark and cold, and the ongoing renovations made it noisy all day long.

My stay at The Istanbul Hotel was quite disappointing. The location on Yerabatan Caddesi was perfect for exploring, but the room itself was dark and cold with hard beds. There was ongoing renovation which made the atmosphere unpleasant, and the breakfast options were lacking.
